All AJ Computer Maintenance Unique Take-Away service!

Parts Supplied by us and fitted by us have a full FREE 12 months On-Site reinstallation service.

Take Away Services (For when you have no free time) .
Collect & Memory Upgrade	£15	Upgrading system memory on-site with pre fitting appraisal and full testing.
Collect & Other Upgrade	£30	Anything other than memory fitted off site. This includes power supplies, second hard disks, graphics cards, sound cards and modems. This excludes Hard Disk drives set as master (C:), mother boards and CPUs.
Collect & Recover	£30 Fixed	If Windows cannot start and all data is backed up or un-needed, then a recovery can be run. This requires the full original CDs supplied by the manufacturer. Where CDs are not present, it may be possible for us to supply copies of CDs for an additional labour charge.
Full System Upgrade	£60	System rebuild or upgrade. This includes Hard Disk drives set as master (C:), mother boards and CPUs. This also includes re-fitment of existing hardware and new hardware purchased from us or others.
Collect & Data Retrieval	£50	Recovery of lost data where possible, and backup of existing data from computer to DVD or external storage.*
Software problem Collect & Fix	£40	Fix of a software issue. Virus and spyware removal, software crashing or install issues. If this is un-successful we will recommend a back-up and reinstall - this is a fixed discount price of £60 for those two services.

If part is supplied by us we offer a full 12 months FREE on-site swap and reinstallation if there is a failure. (otherwise 3 months and new product must be swapped by your supplier) *Excludes cost of disc media above one DVD and/or external storage drives.
