Parts Supplied by us and fitted by us have a full FREE 12Month On-Site reinstallation service.

On Site Services (While you wait) .
Memory Upgrade	£15	Upgrading system memory on-site with pre fitting appraisal and full testing.
Other Upgrade	£25	Anything other than memory fitted on site. This includes power supplies, second hard disks, graphics cards, sound cards and modems. This excludes Hard Disk drives set as master (C:), mother boards and CPUs.
Computer Recovery	£25 - £50MAX	If Windows cannot start and all data is backed up or un-needed, then a recovery can be run. This requires the full original CDs supplied by the manufacturer. Where CDs are not present, it may be possible for us to supply copies of CDs for an additional labour charge.
Wireless Internet Setup	£40	Complete setup and test of all wireless networking equipment* in a home. This can include wireless printers, desktop and laptop PCs. A router is required, and can be supplied for an additional charge.
Computer Setup and Installation	£50	Setup of a new computer, software, and any associated non-networked peripherals. Excludes wireless printing.
Computer Setup and Installation with Wireless Internet Setup	£70	As above but with Wireless internet / printing setup
Software support on-site for 1hr	£30	Minimum Call Out Fee...
Software support on-site for Additional Hour(s)	£25	Assistance in solving a software related issue on-site. Windows errors, virus and spyware removal.
Software support by phone for 30Mins	£15 (Paid in advance via PayPal)	Assistance in solving a software related issue by phone. WE RECOMMEND ON-SITE INSTEAD
Software support by phone for 1hr	£25 (Paid in advance via PayPal)
Software support by phone for Additional Hour(s)	£20 (Paid in advance via PayPal)

If part is supplied by us we offer a full 12 months FREE on-site swap and reinstallation if there is a failure. (otherwise 3 months and new product must be swapped by your supplier) *Wireless setup limited to three existing computers, and one printer
